Earlier this month Louis got a behind the scenes tour of the new culinary facility for J. Sergeant Reynolds Community College. This new facility will house multiple kitchens, an operating cafe venue, offices and classrooms for the culinary program. In addition the facility will have greenhouses and a dedicated career center for students.

Louis serves as the Co-Chairperson of the Advisory board overseeing the Culinary & Hospitality programs at the college.
